I may not have mentioned it yet but Alex and I decided to shoot our animation short in 1080 HD to get as close to the widescreen format 16:9 as possible as well as having High Definition renders. Yes High definition will take longer to render but in my opinion it is worth it because I wish the picture to be as crisp as possible. It would be a shame if all our hard work, our film and its visuals are to be displayed at a poor quality. In my opinion the better looking something is the more attention it will get.
