The image below is a photograph I wanted to take to suggest the mood I wanted to create for Patience. I love the warm colours such as the reds, browns and oranges. The suspended overhead table lamp will be the main source of light within the apartment. I didn't want the lighting to be cold i.e. using saturated colours because I want the warm light to symbolize Frank's inner personality. Frank may look mean on the outside but he is a romantic on the inside. The whiskey represents his struggle with alcoholism. The cards represent his gambling obsession.
